The turnkey style of the Project Managers provides clients with the opportunity to work with one prime contact from project conception through to final completion. From land acquisition, zone changes, preliminary pricing and design, authority approvals, architectural and engineering services, to completion of the final product, Schiedel Construction takes great pride in working with their clients on all phases of the project. Assisting the Project Managers is a dedicated team of in-house designers, draftsmen, a Professional Engineer, office staff, and field crews who combine their talents to produce aesthetically pleasing and functional facilities.

With strong communication and demonstrated integrity, we develop relationships with our clients that last well beyond the project we build. This is evident in the repeat business and referral contracts that Schiedel does every year.
