The Construction/Project Management Construction Method
In the Construction/Project Management method of construction, you hire a project manager to act on your behalf. The project manager oversees the whole project delivery from design to completion of construction. Unlike general tender or design-build methods of construction, in the construction/project management method, you are more involved with the project and have more responsibility.
You and the project manager select the consultants to complete the design of the project. Then you tender the project and award contractors and suppliers the construction work.
