The Design-Build Construction Method
In the design-build construction method, you select a general contractor to act on your behalf. This method of construction is also referred to as a ‘Turn-Key’ solution.
The General Contractor (Schiedel Construction) is a team comprised of project managers, designers, engineers, and other consultants. Each project is guided by a Schiedel project manager that works closely with the Schiedel team and you to satisfy your needs from the initial consultation to the completion of construction.
